🚀 About the Role:
We are seeking a highly talented and passionate Creative Director experienced with the latest Sony FX3 system, who excels in capturing, editing, and producing dynamic short-form viral content specifically tailored for Instagram and other major social media platforms. In this role, you'll actively document and showcase the Proof of Work of Brad Mills as he navigates the world of Bitcoin—capturing impactful moments, behind-the-scenes interactions, interviews, conferences, events, and insightful lessons from his daily life.

Your core responsibilities will include operating professional-grade Sony cameras to shoot high-quality, engaging video content designed to resonate with online audiences and achieve virality. With strong creative instincts and deep expertise in social media storytelling, you'll conceptualize and produce compelling visuals and videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X (formerly Twitter), and other popular platforms.
Reporting directly to the GM of POW Media, you’ll manage the entire creative process from ideation through execution, ensuring all content aligns with brand identity, maximizes social reach, and delivers measurable impact through analytics-driven refinement.
Requirements:
Proven experience and proficiency using the latest Sony camera equipment (e.g., Sony FX3 series cameras).
Demonstrated track record of creating viral, short-form video content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
Exceptional creativity, storytelling ability, and visual communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media trends, platform-specific content strategies, and analytics.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
Document Brad Mills' daily activities and events, creatively translating real-time experiences into engaging, shareable social content.
Manage the entire content creation process, from brainstorming and planning to production and publishing.
Oversee video and audio editing, ensuring high-quality, engaging & data driven content for Instagram reels, YouTube videos, podcast episodes and social media posts.
Monitor content performance across digital channels and make data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and growth.
Focus on increasing views & follower growth via creating consistently improving viral content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook.
Build a content team & create a content calendar, setting clear deadlines and expectations.
Innovate and experiment with new content formats and distribution channels to reach and engage our target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Viral techniques & AI tooling and integrate best practices into our content strategy.
Non-Core Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with freelance contributors and external agencies as needed.
Provide feedback and guidance to team members on content-related tasks.
Assist in growing our brand’s online presence through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to continuously push the boundaries of our content.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Recording Brad Mills & key team members during meetings, education sessions, workouts, travel & more.
Editing video and audio for podcast episodes, social media clips, and promotional content.
Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth content production and timely releases.
Create, manage and post clips to all social media accounts.
Engaging with the audience through social media platforms to build a strong community around our brand.
Creating and maintaining SOPs for content production and editing workflows.
Stay up to date on the latest viral content techniques & strategies, willingness to take courses & continually grow.
What We’re Looking For:

Extensive Experience: At least 5 years in a creative leadership role, ideally with experience across multiple disciplines such as digital, branding, and advertising.
Creative Expertise: You have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and digital media trends.
Exceptional Communicator: You can clearly articulate your ideas and inspire others, whether working with internal teams or presenting to clients.
Results-Oriented: You understand how creative work impacts business success and can deliver designs that drive measurable outcomes.
Proactive & Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments, taking ownership of projects from start to finish and adapting to changing priorities.
